I’m Justine, the artist behind Justine Atelier Jewelry.
It feels like just yesterday that I packed my bags in Belgium and landed in sunny Sydney. What was meant to be a chapter of my life turned into three deeply transformative years. Sydney is where I learned the art of jewellery making and gemstone setting, where I trained my hands, my eye, and my patience... and where my jewellery dream truly took root.
This place was bursting with inspiration. I found it everywhere: in the way the light hits the ocean, in the colours of a sunset, in the textures of sand dunes. It felt like nature was constantly whispering little secrets, and I tried to capture them in my rings.
I’ve always loved making things. As a child, it was beads and bracelets made for my friends. In Sydney, that love evolved into working with precious gemstones... and honestly, it still feels like playing with magic. Each stone has its own personality, its own energy, and I love finding the perfect one for each piece.
After three years of learning, creating, and growing in Australia, I felt the pull to return to what matters most to me. I chose to come back home : to my family, to Brussels, to Belgium; bringing with me everything I learned along the way.
Today, Justine Atelier Jewelry is the meeting point of those worlds: craftsmanship learned in Sydney, inspiration drawn from nature, and a deep-rooted connection to home. Every piece I create is entirely handmade by me, one of a kind, and designed to be worn, loved, and passed on for a lifetime.
